What We Choose to Notice: How Directing Attention to What is Meaningful Gives Rise to Peace, Compassion, and Wisdom

Our attention is trainable. Instead of allowing the mind to be pulled toward irritation, anxiety, or dissatisfaction, we can learn to place our attention on what opens the heart and strengthens wisdom. In this class, we will explore how choosing what we notice can gradually change the quality of our mind, our relationships, and our life.
