Living Love

Love is more than a warm feeling. In Buddhism, love is the wish for others to be happy—and that wish can become a way of moving through the world. In this class, we’ll explore what it means to put love into practice through the way we listen, speak, respond, and relate to others. By learning to carry the wish for others’ happiness into ordinary interactions, love can become not simply something we feel, but something we live.
